2012 FX4 Appearance Package (or NOT)

I ordered my truck without the apperance package and then i called back and told him to throw in the FX appearence package. the more i think about it the more i have second thoughts. i like the black wheels and the blacked out dash. just dont no about the red piping on the seats and the big gray swoosh decal which wont be on there when i leave the dealer. im still on the fence. help me make up my mind. i also searched on google and it showed a black FX4 with the red F150 logos on each side and tailgate. help me out guys

I guess I'm going to have to keep looking at it. I ordered Oxford White so hopefully it looks awesome. Maybe I'll cruise some dealerships when they start getting them in just so I can see it in person. I'm still a little nervous.

As far as the side stripe goes, it can come off easily, and will if I ordered with appearance package. I'd also be doing some interior painting to break up all the black... I have plenty of mod ideas no matter what direction I go

Didnt no i had a choice. I thought it just came in red? If that's the case I'll call him tomorrow and request black. I didnt see that option any were on the website when I was playing with options.

You can get the Appearance Package on any color that the FX4/2 is available in.

I asked the dealer if I could order the package without the side graphics and he suggested I could, as that was the first and only part at the time that bothered me.
Now the red piping and dots around the perforations in the cooling seats are making me wonder just how tacky this thing could look, not a great track record on the interiors the last year (think that lovely Lariat light 'wood' trim).
I differ from a few on here in that I would want it in tripple black, black exterior, black dash, rims; anyone know what color the interior lighting is?
Really doubting it at the moment with no way to inspect. I guess the timelines have me screwed for winter now anyway with cars not on lots til Jan at best from the rumor mill.
