I still want to see real world pictures of the black. The car show and Ford Pictures are hard to tell what it really looks because of the lighting. I think it will look sharp myself.

As for the white, it does look very ricer. The black wheels and red badges are to much for the white. The Sterling grey, is better but still not the best. I think Ford is trying to appeal to the crowd that use to drive the civics and other ricermobiles. The ones that have grown up and are part of the work force now.

I love the black interior, but the red seats I am still 50/50 on. How flexable is Ford? Would they allow you to order the apperance package with all black leather seats? I am so confused on what I want to order right now.

Still didn't help.....the dealership should stop trying to be "cool" and "hip". Leave the mods to the owners cuz I don't see these things drawing a very big crowd of buyers. Just my opinion. Might be the solid black wheels n tires throwing me off

Looks like the Ford build it section is wrong. No fold out arm rest in the back seat that it shows when you click the Appearance Package box

I don't absolutely hate the stripe, but I don't think it would be all that hard to remove if you were careful. I like the black rims, the gauges, the red emblems, and the red interior trim. I noticed on Mac Haik's website (the dealer where the gray FX4 is) there is another '12 FX4 that doesn't have the Sport Appearance Package, and it still had the red gauges. I thought that was cool.

Well I tried a couple photoshops to get an idea of what my truck would look like when it got here and I've accomplished my mods. I showed them to my wife and we came to the agreement that the white just doesn't work, even if you remove the stripe. I called the dealer and they were able to change my order. I'll be getting a black FX4 now with the appearance package. I swore I'd never get a black truck again, but I think it just works in this case from the other pics I've seen.

I don't like the red gauges. It reminds me of the GM cars of the late 80's and early 90's. Very boring!! I like the light blue (if that's what it is) on my 11 Lariat.

They should make the lightning again based on an fx4 package I know some ppl will think its stupid because th enlightening its a "Street truck", But If it were 4wd you get a 4in lift on it some m/t tires and exhaust and your ready for the desert with that 500hp and supercharger and 5.0 engine or probably would be an ecoboost... The only thing thats stopped me from buying the ram R/t reg cab was its not 4wd, and all the other rams are just not worth comparing vs an f150.

What do u think the raptor is.....u can have the dealer send one to john hennesy or however u spell it in Texas and for about $6000 more I believe it will run 12s in the 1/4 mile
