Both of those trucks have are Lariat's with Navigation and reverse camera. I can't come close to that new anywhere around my area. I have no issue with a used vehicle. Just wanting to know what the major differences were between the 2012 and 2013 especially with regard to the vibration issues.

Here is an example I found in my area:
2012 crew lariat. 5.0. 32k miles, moon, nav, etc for 32,999

FWIW, I'd spend a few k more and get it new. But that's just me. I also found a '13 platinum with 40k for 37.

I have a 2013 Super Cab I purchased new and recently purchased a used 2012 XLT Super Crew with 29100 miles. Both are equiped with the same rear axle ratio and the same size engine . They also have the same Michelin tires. They are equiped a little differently as far as options go, but the engine, drivetrain, etc. are the same specs.
The 2013 seems smoother riding in the suspension than the 2012. I noticed a little reverberation vibration in the 2012 after going over several bumps and RR tracks, but the dealer says it is normal (I know, I know, I've been researching the vibration posts, too. Not happy about what the service manager says even though he first said something was not right after he drove it. Then he changes his mind and says it's normal. Going to a different dealer with this.)
Anyhow, the 2012 gets better gas mileage than the 2013 and rides well. No other differences in performance, handling or ride (other than the slight vibration in the 2012). I like both F150's and am pleased, so far, with the quality. I do carry a bit more weight in the 2013 than the 2012 so that may have an effect on the vibration dampening and the MPG. Overall, both are so similar that the only differences are cosmetics and optional items.
Hope this assists you in the differences between my 2012 and the 2013. Love both trucks. I just looked around for the price, miles and options I wanted and couldn't find a better price on the XLT. Good luck.
BTW, I purchased the 2012 F150 XLT with the convenience package option for $26K with 29100 miles, the balance of the factory warranty and Ford's Preowned Certified 12mo/12k warranty, and an ESP for after that so I'm good to go for awhile.
