Just a general question . Im going with a lift and new rims. Im looking to blackout the truck completly with the fuel hostages. Should i or should i go chrome? Seems everyone is blacking out these days. Does look good though. I have a 2011 black xlt screw w chrome package.

I say go with the black and machined hostages. They compliment both the black and chrome.

I think a mix looks better than all black.Say machine wheels black accents.Theres a lot of chrome to take off the XLT.If I were to get new wheels on mine I'd go with a mix just my opinion tho,either way will look sharp.

I like to be different and have always liked chrome....just like you said everyone seems to have black, i would go with chrome.

If you already have the chrome package, seems like it would be easier to stick with it rather then change everything.

Chrome I say. The blacked out look should be reserved for those 18-24 years old. Chrom e looks great on a black truck!
