1) rough country offers a 2.5" front with 1" rear blocks. ~$200

2) I'm not sure how high the bilsteins adjustable shocks move up, but a pricier scenario would be using the adjustable shocks all the way around.

3) get the 2.5" leveling kit, find a shop around you that will install an add-a-leaf if you don't want to go the block route.

The 1" block raises up your back but not at factory rake, it's close.

Some more cash but rear airbags are an excellent choice in this situation. Buy only the front level kit and airbags in the rear. you would then be able to run it level when not towing then hook up trailer and give the bags a little air to level the truck out again. Should improve ride in the rear too. Just my .02

I did a leveling kit up front with airbags in the back for towing my trailer on my last truck was about 800 installed for the bags. Really a great option, as mention it really helped the stability while towing. I am going with the add a leaf from AS and the 2.5 front lift this time just to save some $... kids need an education... Priorities, sheesh

Maybe the 2" up front with the add a leaf would get you where you want to be, keep a bit of rake and supposed to add 900 lbs of towing, they tell me it wont squat with boat... Wont know until installed
