2011 sync with nav to 2013+ style

is it possible, if you find a donor vehicle with the same options to swap head units and the center stack to upgrade the older 2011 style to a newer version? More curious than anything else.

The entire dash and associated wiring harness swapped, and a new BCM would need to be installed/programmed. A member did it here but literally replaced most of the interior with that from a 2013.
