Default 2011 sync gps lost need help

I have2011 f150 Platnium with I think all nav package. (I bought used)
My Map is lost. I have no clock.
when i push buttons 3and6 to do test, I show 0-3 gps signals.
Where is the gps antenna located?
Can anyone point me to a helpful video on how to trouble shoot this and fix on my own?
I'm way out of warranty and don't want to use dealer.
I have tried :
unhook neg batt. for 10 min. (not over an hour like i read here)
pulled fuse for sync
did master reset.

I am ready to buy a new antenna but have not clue how to take current one out or put new one in since I can't find it.

Hi Jeff and apochromat,

I'd like to help. Do you see a NO GPS symbol with an "X" on your screen?*

I have a 2.11 F-150 Super Crew Lariat that i purchased used and i have the same exact issue. First my GPS went out , says NO GPS on the screen, so i searched all over the inter webs and tried to disconnect the battery for about 4 hours one day. When i connected back up no change on the GPS but my clock never came back. I took it to the local dealership and they tried flashing and reloading the software and it would not take, they said i needed a entire new radio b/c it was all unit. So far radio, Bluetooth and climate controls all still work, just no GPS or clock. I'm curious is anyone else has a fix or same problem

Yes, the NO GPS symbol is in top left of screen. not an "X" but a slash
I took some pics if that would help of the screen and some screen shots of diag. test results showing software versions and such. This am it is showing 0 GPS signals

Hey everyone!

The NO GPS symbol indicates that there is insufficient GPS-satellite signals available for accurate map positioning. If you're not in a poor GPS-access area and this icon is displayed continuously, this likely means an issue has occurred. A visit to the dealership is needed.

Really? Thank you Shaay for that info. I can't believe you took the time to type that as a helpful answer. Please re read my post. I KNOW there is an issue and I want to fix it myself if possible. I want to know:
where is gps antenna, how to change (any videos?)
I can order the $55 antenna, to try, but not sure how to swap.
I realize it may not be the antenna, but that is a good place to start.

I am tired of every answer being, "Take it to your dealer!" My truck has 130K miles, and I just spent $8500 at dealer putting in a new motor.

Easy. Ford customer service isn't even required to be here. They're trying to help, and if I had to guess, they probably aren't allowed to give you instructions on how to modify your truck.

Hi Staticbags,

I understand your concerns. We're not trained mechanics; the dealer is in the best position to answer that question. As Martian stated, I'm unable to provide assistance on DIY modifications. We're here to help with how-to questions, and a some software glitches.
