My dealer just called me... Saying that my aftermarket intake and cat back exhaust are causing my shutter issue. I will remove and put back to factory and return it again!

Anything aftermarket that could potentially cause issues must come off if you're expecting the troubleshooting and repair under warranty.

Incoming prediction: Your intake and exhaust caused damage not covered under warranty.

That is the exact reason I haven't installed the 4" Heart throb exhaust. Too many issues with catalytic coverters and intake systems. I did get Ford to settle on the breach of warranty claim, but they still haven't fixed the shuddering. I'm gonna give them another year to figure it out and then dump the truck if they can't (for a 2014 Ecoboost - if the shuddering is fixed with the new models).

Good luck with the jeep.. My shutter isn't that bad enough for me to replace stock parts so I'm just from a drive it till my lease is up next yr and hope they fixed it for 2014-15 model year
