PFlyer, sorry to hear about your situation. this is real concerning that Ford isnt stepping up to fix THERE product. But if you dont fix the truck most people today can get the trucks mechanical history and see what the problems have been and only make your truck less. Dont u still have a warranty on your truck? How can Ford toss u to the curb.

I will more than likely go back to a Jeep. Jeep is the only vehicle i can honestly say i never a moments trouble with.

I guess Ford doesn't care. I had phone conversations with Ford directly and 2 different dealers, NO RESULTS! Ford SUCKS IMHO. Yes, it is still under warranty, it has 25K miles.

Why not trade your truck in on a new Ram. If your gonna look at Jeep whats wrong with the newer Ram? How are u ever gonna get any money out the truck if it still broke?

Not enough in rebates to cover my negative equity. I owe more than its worth and that's my biggest problem at the moment.

I would think if your underwater on loan there would be any good move unless you traded in on a less expensive vehicle and absorb the small hit and roll into loan. So there is absolutely nothing Ford is gonna do to fix your truck to get it at least right then either keep it or then trade in if it is fixed. I feel for you. Did you try the class action?

I'm talking with 2 different attorney's now to file suit against Ford. It is really sad i have to resort to this just to get something done.

That's what I had to do on my 2011. Once they received a registered letter in the mail the ball started rolling. But, at arbitration they tried to deny any issues and place blame on my driving style as being the cause. Wasn't until the arbitrator went for a ride in it did he side with me saying the issues were inexcusable and should have been repaired under warranty. Now my 2012....makes me want to pull my hair out.

Don't give them an inch. Document everything.

Pflyer, at times it takes getting a lawyer for Corps to realize the magnitude of the issue and that your just not gonna be blown off easily, for every 100 customers they blow off 1 gets a lawyer. Good luck with your case, I hope it doesnt dig u a deeper hole financially then the truck is worth.

Thanks guys. I just don't know what to do. I'm afraid that a layer will get expensive and drag on for who knows how long. It is a sickening day in our society when a person is "stuck" with a POS vehicle and apparently have no recourse other a lawsuit that could be drug out over an indefinite amount of time.
