If the tundra had a better interior I might have went that way myself. I have had 4 new F150s with each one becoming less dependable it seems. I traded a 2004 F150 for a 2008 Tacoma. It was an awesome little truck but it didnt get any better fuel mileage than the full size F150 and I liked the extra room in the full size so I traded it for the 2011 F150 I have now. I really like the truck I have now all but the light shuddering issue and the paper thin metal they are made from.

I have heard the Tundras are super thin as well. One guy told me he broke his tailgate just standing on it.

I hear ya, they are all made from tin foil seems like. I love my truck, It just really bugs me to pay what i did for this truck and now i'm plagued with this unacceptable and very irritating problem. If Ford was reaching out to the consumers of their product with a solution it would not be as hard to deal with but after all I've seen and heard Ford doesn't seem to be too interested in these issues.

Brought my 2013 F150 home last week, got out and shut the door and I about crapped. Never seen a door flex so much by just shutting it, The tailgate is lightweight as is the bed.

Coming from an old 2002 F250 diesel, I'm not sure I should sell it now.

Dealer just called. Truck is ready and claimed to be fixed. They said they had to reprogram the PCM for a TSB and that is working now. So, I will pick it up this afternoon and let you guys know if it worked later.

A deer ran into me... thats right.. it ran into me... Done 3000 in damage... Had to replace the rear door skin and the entire right side of the bed.

Bummer...

Picked it up. So far the shifting is much improved but the shutter is still there. I don't know what else to do at this point

Burn it to the ground. All that flashing is just a band aid that will fall off in 4-6k miles.

How about ignore it like a lot of other people do. Give it a tune and put the peddle to the floor

Do you want a heavy inefficient car or a lighter truck getting mpgs. Don't crap your pants.

I have a 6.2 and my gas is paid for, so mileage is not an issue...

I want a truck that's built like a truck, not a gas sipping weenie mobile.

I should have looked closer at the F250's I guess.
