Mines is alot worse than that! About 1" more in the the middle compare to side!! And i love my ecoboost but I realised after look at many f150 here that is just the ecoboost models that have problem!! Maybe something with the intercooler????

No problem!

If it were my truck, I'd pull the bumper off and check the screws, tabs, or alignment braces. There's probably a few loose bolts that need some LocTite and retightening.

I thought it was a design issue, they all look like that as far as I can tell.
