Default 2010 Sony Navigation\Sync questions

My 2010 Lariat has the Sony Navigation with Sync which I have paired with my iPhone. I would like if someone with the same could verify a couple things for me. When I took delivery, anytime you would place the truck in reverse and the backup camera comes on, the radio would take the volume down. Now the radio remains the same anytime it is in reverse til the sensors pick up. It stopped doing this during a cold snap we had along with the backup sensors going crazy but there was no ice buildup. The dealer has checked this and replaced a part but it had no effect and still works as it did. The sensors are not near as sensitive as they used to be and you have to practially hit something before the sound off. When the sensors do start to chime, the radio does take the volume down, but thats not how it used to be. Also, when placing a call on my iphone, when I choose iphone and not Sync, the radio mutes as well. This has changed as well since before, calling from Sync would come across the radio as it should, but chosing iphone would allow the radio to continue to play. Its not really that big of an issue but would like if someone with the same setup could verify if this is working properly now or I do have an issue. My dealer hasnt ran across many of the Sony systems.

Sorry this is so long and thanks in advance.

I can't speak to the first problem at all. The second problem is similar to a problem I had with my Dodge. My phone would show paired but calls wouldn't come through the radio or I would disconnect the Bluetooth and the phone and system would repair. Dealer had to replace the head unit as the Bluetooth module had become defective.

Have you tried pulling the fuse for the sync for about a half hour. I was having pairing issues, did that and it fixed the problem.

I did a master reset and didn't help any. I haven't tried pulling any fuse, could you tell me which fuse is for Sync?

I don't know off hand but in your owners manual it will show you. The fuse for the sync is in the passanger side fuse panel.
