Yep, bracket is the same for the 20 seat or center console. The only difference is that when you take out the seat you will need to get 4 new screw/bolts that are smaller than the ones you took out. When installing the new console, it uses 4 new holes that are predrilled in the bracket, slip on the new console and insert new bolts and your done.
Now a word of caution, the bracket is made of aluminium and the holes will not be tapped, don't worry, all you have to do is make sure the bolt goes in straight and the bolt will create threads. I have had mine in for the last year and it is as solid as one on the lot!

I didn't know it was possible before today, but maybe I am now interested in the exact opposite swap. My old truck had the 40/20/40 bench with the flip down seat back in the middle. My new truck doesn't and I am not sure if I like it or not.
