Default 2011 F-150 Warranty

Took my truck to the dealership (2011 f-150 Limited) for final warranty work. I had a leaky power steering hose and to replace front emblem. My warranty was up on Dec. 6. The truck was at the dealership on Nov. 11. They had to order the parts. The service advisory told me they would call me when the parts came in, and as long as the parts were on order the warranty would be honored. They never called me. I have caller ID, and am home all day. On Dec. 8 I called them. They said parts were there. I took truck in on Dec. 12. All was fine. On Dec. 27 I get a bill for $200.00. It says warranty denied. Is this right? Can Ford deny warranty? What can I do. if anything?

Thats crap. What part was denied? Where you still under the 3/36? Sounds like the Dealer screwed up and forgot to turn in some paperwork and now is after you for their mistake. I wouldnt pay a dime.
