Just go back from having TSB 12-2-10 done and it seems like a somewhat different truck. No shudder that I can feel, drove about 40 miles home and saw 20.x highway where I'd normally see 18.x or 19.x Time will tell.

Same here. Mine went from 16 to about 21. Throttle feels more responsive an it doesn't seem to lag as much. Although I picked it up and came straight to work so I won't know if it made a huge difference until I drive over the mountain tonight

Well truck spent the day at the dealership and while the tech could replicate the error, he was unable, somehow, to download the code to flash my PCM.

I just don't know what to say about that...

I would take it somewhere else. Tech had no problem installing the new flash into mine today. It's warranty work anyway so dealerships don't matter

Same here, I got mine done today and throttle seems more responsive and MPG's are up! I drive 100 miles round trip to work and back, I have been averaging about 17.5 at 70 m.p.h. with average temps about 30*F, on the way home tonight I was at almost 20 MPG with what felt like a bit more get up and go.

Just curious, what was the air temp today when you got 20?
