Awesome for you. Called and first appointment available is NEXT Friday morning for them to 'look at it'.

UPDATE: Called a dealer a little ways away and they can get me in at 2pm TODAY. Told them the TSB # and what I was seeing, said bring it in.

I called my dealer yesterday and told them about the TSB. I made an appointment for this morning. I told them what the truck was doing they said ok and flashed it and sent me on my way. I would go crazy if I had the issues some of you have with your dealers. If you are having issues getting them to perform the TSB get a new dealer for both service and sales and let them know that is what you are doing.
Do the 145" WB trucks still have a 1 piece drive shaft? I know the 157" has a 2 piece. Def. see a trend in the truck spec. thread with the EB and the 145" WB.
Although the 145" does encompass 3 different trucks and is certainly a more popular set-up that the SCREW 6.5/ bed, so that probably explains it.
I think we could safely eliminate a drive shaft issue due to this. Although there are a handful of 5.0's in there, the EB clearly exhibits the issue more than the 5 liter. Which again points me to either a IC issue (water accumulation) or the low end torque making the TC shudder.
Got a voicemail from the dealer, they still have my truck (9 days now), for about 6 different issues. In the course of fixing one (shudder at acceleration, they have now created another, shudder at deceleration.
Really starting to look hard at the pre-req.'s for Lemon Law now.

The problem I was having was the surge going up hill...I would say it is more of a surge than a shudder. I got the update and have drove over 100 miles since and everything seems to be fine.
I also think there is a shudder, that is better described as a shake than a surge that some are having.
Possible it's two different issues that's why the mixed results?
I wonder if the reason we are seeing mixed results isn't because there are two different problems being described.

My 55-60 shudder ocurs when the cruise is on going up a slight hill. I wouldn't describe it as a surge at all. To me it feels like an engine miss. The vehicle shudders really bad. If I hit the gas and it kicks into passing mode it goes away. Mine also does it in 3/4 gear going up a steep hill. I had the latest fix and it is somewhat better, but still there on some of the hills during my commute.

I had the flash and mine seems to be fixed. I have had the violent shake when passing, but that has only happened twice.
