Thumbs down

Update:

Spoke with my Regional Customer Service Manager, Ron Powell at 866-631-3788 Ext. 77710.

He said we will not authorize a dealership to pull the plugs, or any other troubleshooting. The hesitation, shutter, and overall poor performance are all within "normal operation" according to what Ford says.

Worthless.

I asked if I could bring the truck to another mechanic, and if they find an issue would they pay for it. He said no.

There is nothing Ford will do.

What in the world?

Anyone interested in buying a 2013 F150 that runs like complete junk from the factory? Don't worry, it is covered under warranty. Only 7,000 miles!

Makes you love the Ecoboost commercials huh? I pedaled my 2012 over a year ago with only 3K miles due to this problem. I could see the writing on the wall early on after 3 failed dealer visits. what really amazes me is how Ford can cover this up for so long.
