Not sure this guy is a member on this forum, but he should be. (video looks better if you go directly to youtube)

I feel for this guy. He makes my issues with my truck seem so small.

You should listen to the conversation with him and a the Ford regional manager. She repeats herself over and over again, and is full nothing but excuses. she repeats hereself several times telling the guy "it was your personal decision to buy this truck". then the guy asks her why he cant tow a low-boy with nothing on it without the truck going into limp mode.

I've stopped posting information to this thread specifically because of responses such as this. But if you are curious I've gone from replicating the severe shuddering complete with power loss, check engine lights and codes, ****ty mileage and rough idle, to under 12L/100km at 120 km/h. With no shuddering. In cold weather. In the rain. On winter tires.

The few owners with freak defects WILL get their issues resolved. At least they would have if they didn't march into the dealership with legal team in tow.

As for the rep's comments on the trucks "lack of towing capability," she's either thinking you're a liability and just dismissing any claim... Or one stunned c***!

Ford wouldn't have re-designing the inter-coolers on 2013 models, retrofitting trucks made after 9/2012, etc. if there was a problem with 6 trucks.

How about this, why not just quit posting completely? I'm sure both you and us would be much happier!

And the poor bastard that bought your truck? Is he/she aware of the issues?
