Is this mainly an issue with the 6.5' bed or across all the bed configurations?

Count me in also. Mine started doing it a little after 500 miles. I now have 7300 miles. I have been lurking in the back watching this thread. I wonder what % of us are having this issue and are waiting for a official fix. If I were to take it to my dealer I would probably get a cardboard box back with parts in it and a confused service manager. :-)

Another reason I think I may have something to do with the air is everyone says its raining out it's worse which may have something to do with humidity idk I'm curios

What about the member that had a waste gate solenoid replaced on his ecoboost. The user posted about it in the other thread started by Bob_mac concerning the shuttering. It supposedly stopped the shuttering but I dont recall the users name. This scenario wouldn't help guys with the 5.0 but I was just wondering if replacing that solenoid has solved the shuttering problem for him. On a sidenote I have an appointment set up on Monday to take the truck in and have a shop foreman ride with me. The service guy that I talked with said that they have not heard of the issue so im not really getting my hopes up but I guess we will see.

I too have been lurking in the background. I have a 3/11 build Ecoboost SCREW with the 5.5' bed and 4WD. I noticed the shudder the first time I drove it in the rain with about 900 miles on it.

Now I have 21k miles on it. I can get it to shudder in the dry going up hill, but less frequently. In the wet it shudders every time I drive up even the slightest grade on the highway, however. Always part-throttle or less, largely in the +/- 60-55 mph range and almost only on hills.

I took it into my dealer and they said "there is a TSB on the transmission, that will fix it." I said, no, it won't. They did the TSB, drove it around the dealership and said, "no shudder." I said I'll be back once there is some more information on this forum as to what it might be.

My assumption is it is related to something electrical, whether it be coils, connectors or something on that line where the cylinder isn't getting enough spark to properly fire. The reason I say this is at least in my scenario it is most definitely worse when it is very humid/rainy/foggy out and this is after the "Misfire Neutral Profile Correction" bandaid fix....

I think you're right Bob, because the tech said it was misfiring on a bank of cylinders for me, and he checked the grounds and everything looked good. So could be something else electrical, or as they said, a reprogram will be out to fix it. Supposedly...

I would like to suggest to everyone that has this issue and it was looked at by their dealer and has NOT had the problem resolved to please get a case opened with "Ford Customer Care" at 1-800-392-3673. Please post back here when done along with any information that may help others, i.e. if they have heard of other complaints, etc...the more cases we get opened the faster we can expect a fix.

My service history shows all my complaints regarding the issue and I have a case number and awaiting a "Customer Care Specialist" to call me back. I told them that my dealer has done everything they can and the problem is not resolved and is now worse especially when it is damp/wet out. Will keep everyone posted.
