2011+ 55-60mph 5.0 Shuddering and EcoBoost Engine Miss/Loss of Power - Possible Fixes

I finally drilled the 1/16" hole in the driver side weep hole yesterday. It was extremely easy to do. I'm not a mechanic. As soon as I drilled the hole it started dripping oil, no water, no mix, straight oil. I had a cup under it and collected approximately less than a 1/4 cup. Then I put the shroud/protector/spoiler thing back on and took it for a short ride. At one point I brought the rpms up to 4,000 and held it for a minute or two just to blow out some residual oil.
So I drove my standard 50 minute ride to work this morning and waited for the shuddering and misfire to begin. It did slightly but was noticeably better. The real test will be when I drive back home tonight because for some reason it seems to always shudder the whole way home.

Shuddering still there. I took it for a short ride at lunch time. While driving back from lunch The truck lost power to a point where the wrench lit up on the dash and the truck limped back to my job. At the end of the day it was fine until I got on the interstate. It shuddered/slipped/misfired to a point where I had to drop it down into 5th gear to maintain 70 mph.
Maybe it takes a little time to clear the crap out of the intercool system, I don't know. One thing I noticed tho is it will drip where ever you park.

it will take some time to get it all out of there.. depending on how many miles on the truck. I drilled mine at 58k miles and it dripped for a couple days. The shuddering will still come back from time to time, but that is usually right when it's time to change the plugs

Living in a relatively high humidity area and having had the 60-70 mph shudder, I had my intercooler drained and plugs and coils replaced at about 50,000 miles. The dealership also had a Ford tech report that resulted in the addition of a shield that block some of the air flow through the cac having the operating temp go up to keep it dryer. I have not had a single problem with it over the past 12,000 miles which for me is about a year and a half.

I had the same problem on a long drive where the truck wouldn't stay in 6th gear. It got so bad to the point of flooring it to just calmly pull away from a stop sign. Thankfully there was still a powertrain warranty because they gave me a new motor. It likely has something to do with your phasers or cams slipping to throw off the timing.

Still having problems across the board?
I've noticed here in Raleigh, being a humid area as well, that this occurs in dry, humid and rainy conditions without prejudice. My guess is that it builds up and accumulates moisture then dispenses it when full. Eventually it goes away for a little while. I tried getting my dealership to explore the tsb fixes and their answer was to work on the driveshaft. I tried to schedule an appointment with them again but I didn't have time to deal with the long wait time etc...Its been pretty rainy and there is a lot of moisture in the air here in Raleigh lately but my truck seems to be running better with little and less shuddering. This fix seems to be working for now. I will keep the shield in mind tho.

Okay, I've read through the first half, and last couple pages of this thread. (Holy crap)
I have a 2011 F150 5.0 4x4 with 125k on the clock. On a slight incline at 55ish MPH, I get the feeling of a misfire (though a misfire does not show up on DashCommand through my OBD2 port bluetooth scanner)
Has this issue been identified?
My eyes have gone blurry reading for the past 3 hours, and I figure I should just ask now.
