Hi everyone.

I'd like to assist with your shuddering concerns. The first step is going to be to have your Ford dealer diagnose your truck and check to see if there are any TSBs available. If you're still having a concern, please send me a PM with your full name, daytime telephone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealer info. I'll look into things on my end.

I wonder how many people with the condensation are in your queue.

Can't thank you enough for being here and doing what you can to help.

Ashley, it is axle-wrap and condensation. Change spring rates and shorten mounting points. Drill a weep hole in the bottom the intercooler with a pen drill to create a "calibrated" drain hole for water to drip out rather than evaporating under wide open throttle or high power demands and causing a misfire that clogs the catalytic convertor.

Alternatively, drill a hole in the bottom of the intercooler and install a nipple and attach a PCV valve. Under positive pressure the PVC valve stays open allowing water to drain out. Under negative pressure, the PCV valve snaps closed and prevents contaminants into the intercooler.

Your engineering department owes me a case of beer.

The engineering department owes me a field R&D title and wage for the 3 different fixes I tried for the towing acceleration shudder.
Traction bars, RAS, extra leaf spring. All tried and proven to reduce or eliminate the shudder.
Ford needs to redesign the rear leafs assembly to maintain ride while eliminating the shudder.

I found the solution! No more shuddering! No more hard down shifts in to 4th! No more condensation issues! Yup, sold the Turd-150 and bought this:

Subscribed for fixes before I pull the trigger on one. So far overseen a mixed batch of fixes. Tune, new intake, new CAC, new plugs. Going to lurk until a known fix is found.
