2011+ 55-60mph 5.0 Shuddering and EcoBoost Engine Miss/Loss of Power - Possible Fixes

I went in Monday to get the new CAC on my 2011 EB. I went back to see what the new one looked like compared to the old one. I couldn't see any obvious difference on the outside of the new one. My old one was leaned up against a box with the outlet on the bottom with a puddle of muddy water under it and the neck was full of the same substance. It was foggy as hell that morning here. Driving home with the new CAC and new flash I didn't have any of the little hiccups lugging over hills like normal, I updated the SCT and re-installed the 5 star 87 performance/tow tune and now everything is about back to normal with the little hiccups while lugging over the hills. I haven't done anything with the plugs yet but I guess that will be the next step.

New guy here, but have been lurking for a little while. Great site. I have learned a lot already. Old school car guy, so I will try not to ask too many noob questions. 
My 2012 Screw 4x4 EcoBoost with 16K miles is at the dealer for the 2nd time due to the same issues. Surging, going into limp mode when the humidity is high etc. Dealer said they were putting a new intercooler & cats on it, but they are backordered and he has no ETA for the new parts. They gave me a new truck off the lot to drive so I guess I will be patient. Going hog hunting next weekend, so if they don't have mine fixed their new truck will get some extra miles towing my side by side to West Tx. Feel bad to put a bunch of miles on their demo, but they should feel bad my $40k+ truck is broken again.

Add me to the list.. Truck "Fell on it's face" while trying to pass on the interstate. Happened 3 times before I got it to the dealer, and the CEL finally came on. Took it in today and they are ordering a new intercooler. I assume this is the "New" intercooler. I love my truck and the EB engine... I really hope they get this issue fixed.

I took the 5* tune out and went on a trip over the weekend. No hiccups, normal mileage, and I can't really say anything about a loss of power with the new CAC and flash since I had gotten used to the tune and yes, it does have less power without the tune.
Every time I have gone in to get the latest and greatest Ford "bandaid" put on/in my truck, it has helped it. My shudder (I have downgraded from shudder to hiccup, because that is a better description for mine as this time) went away with the warm dry summer that we had in 2012, but it came right back as soon as the winter weather came back. It was cold this weekend though and no problems with the new CAC and flash.

I'm guessing you haven't read much of this thread? If not, read more of it and you'll soon know exactly what he means (and what a lot of other people are dealing with as well).
