Watch all the video's by this user. i'd be thoroughly p*issed off too if my truck ran like this guys does. Even had a taped conversation with a FORD rep, and all she could do is provide excuses and tell him he selected the "wrong" truck to tow with! LOL
Not sure this guy is a member on this forum, but he should be. (video looks better if you go directly to youtube)

You should listen to the conversation with him and a the Ford regional manager. She repeats herself over and over again, and is full nothing but excuses. she repeats hereself several times telling the guy "it was your personal decision to buy this truck". then the guy asks her why he cant tow a low-boy with nothing on it without the truck going into limp mode.

I agree. I think Voice of Ford sounds about right. He never did get back to us about how his latest spark plug gapping and air pressure adjustment worked out for him as far as solving the shudder issue. I'm thinking he needs to do the air pressure adjustments in 1/4lb increments to find the sweet spot.
The few owners with freak defects WILL get their issues resolved. At least they would have if they didn't march into the dealership with legal team in tow.
As for the rep's comments on the trucks "lack of towing capability," she's either thinking you're a liability and just dismissing any claim... Or one stunned c***!

How about this, why not just quit posting completely? I'm sure both you and us would be much happier!
