I have a 2011 5.0 with 121000 miles. I am getting a cylinder 5 misfire, random misfire, and bank 1 and bank 2 too lean code. When I am accelerating in my truck, there is a rattling noise. If I hit the gas pretty hard, it doesn't really make the noise, but if you are just accelerating normally, it is loud. I thought it was my catalytic converters at first but have since realized it is not. Has anybody else had this issue? If so what was the fix?

 

I had heat shields that cover exhaust manifold rattle. They rust quick.

 

Figured out that it was my mass air flow sensor. I replaced it earlier and it didn't change anything. Found out that I purchased a new air flow sensor that was bad.
