In case you may have missed it, there MAY be a fix out for this issue in regards to the EcoBoost powerplant only:

Pcm flash. Tsb 12-2-10. 2011, 2012 3.5L

UpDATE on my vibrationon ... the actuator hub was broken . so the left drive shaft was always turning. FIXED no more vibration

Just had 2 tsb's done to my 11 super cab Ecco. 3.31 gears. Did not feel the shutter 55-60 mph this may have fixed it.

Please be advised- ONLY POST IN THIS THREAD IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING THE SHUDDER. It does nobody any good to have this data collection populated by a crowd of posts frpm people who didn't clearly read the instructions.
