does this have anything to do with the transmission leadframe? i bought the truck with 163000 and it was outside of the 150K window for the campaign. recently installed new motorcraft platinum plugs changed trans fluid and filter (motorcraft and motorcraft LV fluid)

2013 super crew, build 9/12
6.2l 4wd
145” wheel base, 5.5’ bed
OEM one piece rear driveshaft
Stock expect for a front leveling spacer
Truck runs great. About 55 mph, feels like a tire is out of balance. Below 55 or above 60, all is smooth. Tires are OEM size, relatively new and balanced.

Update:
Mine has gotten worse after adding an Add a Leaf, but mostly only when there is a trailer load behind the truck,
I'm assuming it is pinion angle related. I need to check my angles again on my 2 piece driveshaft when the load is on the truck,
Years ago I did put the Raptor trans mount in and had shimmed my carrier bearing down due to the 4" lift blocks,
I'm thinking I may need to shim it down some more.
I've always had an issue with the Tires chopping on the inside edges but I think that's more an alignment related.
2011 Super Crew 6.5 Box
4" BDS Lift (rancho 7000 4" coil overs up front) 5" BDS block in the rear with an add -a- leaf. (added because of Contractor Cap completely levelling out my truck after install.) I hate the squatted pooch dragging *** look when towing.

Update: checked the pinion angles, my pinion was almost flat 0.5-1 degree. Added SPD 2.5 degree shims and its now 3.5 degrees up. The rear of the tcase is about 4 to 4.5 degrees down. Set the carrier to match. I still get the 50 mph shuddder. So it's likely not angle related as none of my U joints are bad. Bit of slop in the splines on the shaft but that wouldn't cause that. It has got to be a harmonic imbalance in the drivetrain itself trans to tcase. All I know its annoying and still pisses me off 10 years after buying the truck.
