[QUOTE=MUFFMAN;2668585]I had my intercoolers replaced this week under the TSB bulletin. So far so good. No more hesitation, fuel economy is better and the shuddering is gone. Hope it stays this way. Otherwise, no issues with the truck.[/QUOTE

Had mine replaces last week. Sadly made no difference on mine. Now I am being told it's just the way the truck is and there is nothing else they can do. I wanted to get a Ford Rep to come drive the truck so they can see for their self what it's doing. But no luck there either.

I have 2012 SuperCrew 2wd Lariat...vibrated like the wheels are falling off ~50 MPH and then agan ~62 MPH...after 18K miles Ford replaced the Goodyear 18" tires...and the crazy vibration went away. However it still rides very rough...much worse that my similarly equiped 2010 Silverado Work Truck...But WAY better than it did before the new tires...

However I still have "bed shake" that Ford sez they do not have a fix for...

Replace your rear shocks with some bilstein HD shocks and the bed shake will disappear.

2013 STX 2WD, 5.0 SCAB, Dearborn, 5k miles

Replaced drive shaft- fail
Drive shaft had no grease at all from Factory-DOUBLE FAIL
Adjusted ebrake tension- fail
Different wheels and tires - fail
Multiple Road-Force balance- fail
Reset computer - fail

Dealer did all this before 1K miles
Told me I will just have to deal with it.
Let me test drive another, did the same thing.

Default My answer

Men, simple! have the clutch pack in the rear diff. reworked. I needed a thin shim; problem solved! No vib, shudder, etc. for over a year now.

Mine hesitates when I am getting on the highway sometimes (maybe around 60mph. Always assumed it was trying to decide what gear to be in. I have about 80k miles on it. If I let off the gas for 3 to 5 seconds and get back on it, it usually lets me continue to accelerate. This has happened since I got it brand new in Feb of 2011. Feels almost like fuel is sputtering in to the engine, like it is being choked of its supply of gas, kind of like the final couple seconds before a lawn mower runs out of gas. Also, once in a while the truck will unexpectedly bang and lurch forward at a stop light. Not enough to overcome braking, but if I was sitting without a foot on the brake I would definitely hit the car in front of me. Not sure if those two issues are related or not.

2012 Platinum Eco boost

Short bed

Had the shutter got on the waiting list three months later installed new air charger ran good for couple of months now back in the shop check engine light would stay on they call and say the cat is bad and a deflector is bad and it is having to much condensation in the intake. 20,000 miles been in the shop twice already avg fuel mileage is 14.9 yeah not real happy.
