*Problem has been occuring since around 19k miles, been sitting at dealer for 2 weeks now, and this is the 5th time it's been up there for this. I put 1000 - 1400 miles a week on this truck checking farms in 4 counties, it is a viable tool that helps me put food on my family's plate, and i'm about fed up with it

2012 F150 SC shudder and engine rattle

My truck shudders under the same conditions. Also at low r.p.m. with or without a trailer, my engines rattles like a diesel. The noise is from 1100 to 1500 r.p.m. I tried going to 89 octance and it did no good. Whats up?

I have the same issue as all others here.

The first two trips to the dealership they roadforced balanced/replace the tires and no change. Took it back 3rd time after seeing video of drive shaft issue and told them to replace drive shaft but no change. Took back 4th time and Ford engineer said it was the engine, we test drove a brand new 2012 FX2 and it had the same damn vibration. Ford Engineer said it was the 5.0 engine, but I didn't believe him until we parked the new truck and increased the RPM's to about 1000 and the vibrations started. I did the same in my truck, in both neutral and park and increase RPM's to 1500 to 2000 and the vibrations started. I see a lot of Eco boost engines on here so I don't know what to say about those engines but the 5.0 certianly has a severe vibration in the engine.

Ford Canada just installed a new air deflector that is located front of the intercooler at the lower edge that sends a more concentrated air flow thru the intercooler They also advise removing any aftermarket bumper grills that they sell thru there parts departments 
Had this mod done under warranty 2k ago no more shudder, I went in with the shudder complaint. Part # CL3Z-19E672-A no charge for install. 2012 ECO 3:73 gears 4x4 xlt.

Only felt it on 3 occasions, around 62 mph, slight acceleration, with full payload each time. Entire trucks shakes
