I deleted the resonator on my EB and it's still quiet.

I have a 157" wheelbase delete pipe for sale. I literally had it on for 2 weeks and decided to put all the stock parts back on and am trading the truck in. I paid $95 shipped to me and I will sell it for $85 shipped. PM if interested.

I would imagine it would reduce back pressure. CAI's are already pretty noisy...

There is very little back pressure on these exhausts to begin with. The resonator and stock muffler are a straight through louvered design. But yes I would venture to say it did reduce back pressure somewhat. Most of us are doing it for very small sound gains.
What are you looking to gain?

You can cut mine down lol. That would be a hassle though. Mine is still for sale for a 157" wheelbase if anyone is interested.

I was just concerned about the level of noise and vibration from my new Airaid CAI I installed. Its a-lot noisier than the K&N I had on my last truck. Thought maybe I screwed something up. I reset MPG every time I get gas and so far,if anything, its worse.Guess I'll just drive and get use to it.

I'm not a big fan of CAI's. Seems to me like something is loose or broken.
