2010 SCrew FX4 vibration in wheel when braking
My truck has 63,000 miles on it so I would assume its time to replace rotors and pads.
Couple questions:
Should I replace all rotors?
If I replace the rotors and the pads look ok, do I still replace the pads?
What brand of parts do you guys recommend? I have a NAPA in town but find them to be pricey. I can order parts from IWI and they are very reasonable (Motorcraft) parts.

Lots of threads on brakes, you should do some reading. Yes, if you replace rotors, you should replace the pads. Everything else you asked is totally subjective. Although pretty much everyone here will say to avoid the Ford pads that are most likely causing the vibration.
I replaced mine 2 days ago at 72k. EBC premium rotors, Wagner OEx pads, about $350 for all 4 wheels. So far so good, but it's only been 200 miles or less.

I'd just go to Napa and start with the fronts.
If you replace the rear pads in time. Usually, you can go to 120,000 miles or more before you'll need rear rotors.
Napa's premium pads and rotors are excellent. Been running them for year's. They perform as good as any of us will ever need.
