I bought my 2010 that was a Canadian truck, the rockers are rusted pretty badly. That's on my list of fix its now more then anything

My 2011 is doing the same thing, the sunroof drains into the cab corner and holds water, real nice ford. And mine is within warranty and ford with not fix it. 45,000 miles, I have warranty until June 2016, I have contacted FORD customer care and complained and the dealership will not do anything.

Has to be perforated for them to warranty. I see rust bubbles. Rust needs to be perforated or a hole for Ford to warranty. All outlined in your warranty manual

Yeah, pictures are from November 11, after the pictures I went home and pushed on the bubbles with a electrical test light (the big pointy thing) to see if the metal was solid. It pushed right in and now I have a bunch of little holes 1/8” to 1/4”.

I never had any problems with my other trucks and they all got driven in the winter?
