Technician says something about a couple of blown clutches inside the transmission....Now we are waiting on Ford to make the decision to rebuild or replace. Of course, I told them my preference is to replace. Hopefully find out tomorrow.

Spoke to Ford today....they are going to rebuild whatever failed. I will try to get specifics later. It's just so random and out of the blue...I don't think there is an explanation as to how or why.
