I got mine new with 8 miles on it, it now has just over 21k. No engine issues. Only had the fan speed resistor pack fail 1 week out of the 3 year warranty. Not a bad fix, part cost about $30 and took about 20 min to replace including gathering tools needed to do the job. I do change the oil every 3k, with mobil1 and a motorcraft filter, and every other time send a sample out for analysis. I love my 5.4 fx4 would only replace it with a Raptor or a 6.2L fx4. I am glad to see a bunch of problem free 100k+ trucks.

46,000 miles. Bought new in December of 2009.
Warranty replacement of CD player and driver side power fold mirror.

Everything else is good.

15168 miles. It was purchased new on July 20th, 2010 with 21 miles. Truck runs great and I love it. The mileage is so low because I have 3 other vehicles.

36,000 miles and lots of problems. Trany work, that slip bump ("fixed" 4 times now) taping noise. Diff is about to go out.

purchased Oct. 2010 with 8 miles on it...4.6L ...just hit 44K...no engine issues but did have 3rd brake light leak in cab...warranty took care of it.

Got mine 4 months ago has around 105,000km on it had 89,000 when purchased. Truck runs 12hrs a day 3-4 days a week (mostly idle time) So far so good only issue has been $9200 in hail damage which will get fixed late fall/early winter. Oh also what I assume is the cam phaser prob. Have the 5.4 and constantly ticking away.
