I did end up with a partial swap. I disassembled the Harley one for the gauge faces and the chrome rings on the surrounds, but used my stock electronics.
It looks much nicer than the stock one now. And no electronics to fiddle with

Im surprised no 3rd party has made a more electronic cluster for the 09-10 f150. It seems a lot of people are interested in it.

Alright, here are some pictures.
It's not perfect. The Vinyl wrap and stereo was done probably 2 years ago.
This is the Harley gauge faces on top of the XL style computer.
Didn't realize my dash was so dusty. The dust really stands out in the pictures.
Here you can see my stereo, GPS, and Vinyl Wrap
And here is my Harley Door panels.
And My Amp for the subwoofer
Finally, Beastie herself.

Wow! that actually looks very good! So you just took the Speedometer and Tachometer /gauge "art"? and put put them in your 2009 Cluster? Were the gauges just plastic or are they like a thinner paper? I've never disassembled a gauge lol
And did you Vinyl wrap your dash and door panels Glossy black? Or is that vinyl as well?

Yes I disassembled the gauge cluster, which had super glue all around the outside holding the very brittle clear plastic piece on. Pretty sure I did a write-up on that a few years ago.
Anyway, the needles must be removed, and I trimmed the new gauge face to fit over the old one, so I would have the center be old, and the edges be new.
There are actually vertical cut lines visible in the gauge face from this, but you have to be looking VERY closely to see it.
The gauge face is a plastic, fairly thick, but cuttable with an exacto blade or scissors.
Then re-assembled. I never re-glued it, it just gets held together by pressure from the rest of the dashboard assembly.
It's really an old-school way of doing things.
Door panels are from a higher end model I bought off of ebay. I think it was a Harley or an FX4 or something. I don't remember anymore.
But I vinyl wrapped the dashboard to match.
One of these days I had planned on putting leather on the seats to match, and get rid of the last grey. However I currently have puppies climbing all over my front seats, so that'll have to wait.
