Ok, I have a FX4, I want to change to another OEM Grille, I just dont know which.

Originally I wanted the Platinum, decliene that on price & the brushed metal v. chrome.

Now im looking at other options, either H-Bar or 6-Bar.

I wouldnt mind keeping the painted surround - but I DO want at the vary least the chrome grille.

I know some are two piece, others are 1 piece - suggestions?!

but it's a one piece fully chrome, no painted surround

What color truck do you have? I have a Lariat grille that is ready to be traded.

Here is another thought. I want to paint my FX4 grille to body match. I hava a silver FX4, so now I am just waiting for a call from my paint guy. While he is at it, since I didn't opt for the LUX package, he is going to paint my mirror tips body color as well.

I'm considering doing this to mine as well, I really like the chrome 6 bar. It wouldn't be over the top for chrome, but it would be a nice accent.

The 3 bar black grill the FX4's come with look like a base model grill, and it looks horrible (IMO) on a white truck. Even the 6 bar black grill from the FX2 looks better.

I think the 6 bar would be the better upgrade, even if you decided to paint the surround. I'd leave it all chrome personally.
