Searched until blue. I am looking for the 16 pin female plug that plugs into the back of the video cap mirror with auto dim. No mic or compass. One with pigtails would be great. Note that this truck (Lariet) does not have the camera cable connector at the tailgate so I will be running my own cable etc. I see lots of pin out charts for the plug online. I will construct an adapter to go between the existing plug to the new 16 pin. Just need the 16 pin plug!

Probably your best bet is to either live chat or call Tasca Parts - they will fix you up in no time. At least get the part number and you can do a search on the best price.

I believe Gentex makes that mirror, look around to see if you can buy a pigtail from somebody selling some of their mirrors.

Thank you for that information. Never dreamed it could be a Gentex mirror. I was under the assumption Gentex just made their own after market replacement mirrors. I will check around.

I believe your talking about the connector that plugs into the rear view mirror with auto-dim, and rear view camera display? If so, the attached pics show what the pin outs are and the service pigtail part #. If you are looking for something else, let me know and I will see what I can find.

Thanks Merlyn exactly what I need. I also need the pinout for my existing mirror with auto dim. I think it is a 7 pin but could be 8. I have not searched for that yet.

I ordered the pigtail from Tasca. Everyone else I have found that sells the plug is the same basic price.

I believe this is the connector currently on your mirror. Just an FYI this mirror has the microphone in the mirror. So to retain this function with a rear view camera mirror, either you need a 2010 rear view camera mirror WITH microphone builtin, mount an external microphone, or loose functionality. This is of course based on what I see on the wiring diagram, if it is different for some reason on your vehicle then disregard.
