2010 f150 headliner problems?

I have a 2010 f 150 that seems to have a leak from the headliner I took it in once and thought they fixed the problem it seems to be leaking maybe from the 3rd brake light or maybe the moon roof I don't know do any of you on here have experienced a similar problem is so please let me know.

Mine was doing that and it was the third brake light. They have an updated light with a thicker gasket. My headliner was a little bowed down in the middle where it was leaking but because I was beyond the 36000 miles they wouldn't replace it.

Having the same problem in the front. No sunroof, 4x5 5.0 SCrew Lariat, 2 months old and 3500 miles. Told by my salesman that it was there on purpose to make it easier to take off. 
Not happy at all.
