Default 2010 5.4 Green coolant

Bought my current truck back in Sept (2010 XLT, 5.4, crew cab, 6.5 box, 135,000mi) When test driving it I noticed how quiet the engine was for a 5.4 with that many miles. Find out the morning I picked it up that the sales person that took it in on trade noted that the engine was replaced @131,000mi. I took that info with a grain of salt since there was no way to necessarily prove it.... Fast forward a few months and I noticed a small antifreeze leak (just needed to tighten upper rad hose) and I have green (like really clean green) coolant instead of the gold. Well now I need to top it off but only have short term access to the universal green coolant. Would there be any issues using universal coolant to top off for now And do a flush this summer and switch it to gold? I know i am way over thinking this.... Love the truck so far, turned in my 2013 F150 Lariat lease for this pickup (lease almost up and great deal on the 2010) not a single seal leaks on engine.

Is there any way to test current coolant to see what it is? If it is Ford Dark green I could order some in or regular Ford Green (is there such a thing?).

Thanks in advance

I think you'll be fine with regular green coolant for now. Like you said though, get it flushed and get the Motorcraft Gold coolant when you can. Keep in mind Zerex G05 is the same stuff and it should be cheaper.
