Default 2009 Platinum with Raptor style grill lights

Just completed the light set up yesterday. Less than $20.00 invested.

And what is the function of these lights? Do they blink when you flip on the turn signal?

Very cool. Could you post a few more details like which lights you used and a few pics of how you attached them and wired them?

Old Smoky - And what is the function of these lights?
On the Raptors' grilles, they're DRL (Daytime Running Lights).

Looks great! Very nice touch! I was thinking of doing the same. What are the details for that setup (e.g. manufacturer, mounting, etc.)?

Here are the lights and a photo of how the bracket needs to look. I wired the ground to the factory ground on the RH of vehicle and tapped into the RH side marker to the hot wire. Used a piece of aluminum and cut it out with tin snips. Very easy to do. Wired lights in series, painted bracket black.

Photo of bracket is what I designed my bracket from.

All of them? Maybe it was because it was daylight, or the owner disabled the DRL thingy, but I swear I've seen most of them without them lit during the day.

Not sure about Raptor but I have to have my parking lights on for them to be lit in the daytime. But mine are add ons .

Ya, you did yours the same as myself, except I bought the kit. Looks like you did a good job. Ever think of putting something like that under your tailgate?
