Default 2009 5.4l phaser fix

Hello everyone, i have just picked up a 2009 with a 5.4l and 200000km ,i know it need a phaser or a solenoid as is running rough at idle but i haven’t diagnosed it yet, but my question is, what has everyone had luck with jobber or ford timing parts? I will proubly do the hole timing set this winter but i need to fix the main issue right away,
thanks!

Use all OEM parts for all timing parts. Upgrade the oil pump to one of the Melling pumps when you pull the oil pan to clean out the pickup filter of the broken tensioner pieces.

DO NOT use anything other than Ford parts. I am not a Ford fanboy but aftermarket timing parts like Dorman have a very high failure rate. Spend a little more and stick with OEM.
