Default Restraint sensor errors, but no airbag light?

2013 fx4 eco-boost. Have an odd issue. Getting error codes B0091 and B0097, for Right and Left side Restraint sensor. Both have this at the end: 2: Circuit short to ground
Odd thing is, the airbag light is not on. Truck has not been wrecked (I've owned since new).
I've read that there are crash sensors in the door that might go bad? Otherwise, not sure what to check here, haven't been able to find a lot of info online.

Not sure if it is related, but had the Intake Air Temp Sensor go bad about 2 months ago. Replaced it. Then last week, that error came back up, temp was in the 50's outside, but the truck said it was -40. That went away and temp reads normal???

Not sure if the restraint sensors are bad, or just a bad connection somewhere in the circuit. Though I've read those are hard to find? Any suggestions appreciated.

I'd guess you knocked the RCM connector loose. Probably unrelated to your temp sensor, RCM is in the console/center seat.

Having the console in the middle, instead of just a seat, getting to the RCM connector is a bit of a pain. I dug into it, but it was plugged in and there didn't appear to be any issues. Put everything back together, and the check engine light is now off. So not sure if that truly "fixed" the problem, but apparently whatever the issue was with the connection is resolved.

Just hoping it doesn't come back, as it is a pain to get into the console, and I don't want to have to go thru that whole process every couple of months!
