Are they the same? Would they bolt up ( the brackets ) to a 2010?

I don't know about the brackets, but the bulbs themselves are exactly the same. They are the same from 2006-2014. The brackets and mounting assemblies may very well be different since body wise, everything is different from a 2008 to a 2010.

Yea I'm more interested to see if the mounts will bolt up. The bolt holes look like they are in the same spots but the 08 version looks a little different

same part number for the fog lamp assemblies for both years, but the brackets for the lamp are different.
