Default 1aauto mirror issues

hey all!
I orderd some tow mirrors from 1aauto in January for 11 screw. Just got around to putting them on today and I can't get the connectors on Becuase the connector on the mirror is rounded. Like it's not even molded right. Anyone have thisissue? Kinda upset that I got the mirror on and everything before I realized that it's not gonna work.

Call the company you ordered them from and ask them. Probably your fastest route.

I will, they were closed yesterday, I was just wondering if this is a common problem Becuase if it is I won't order another set.

Welcome to the world of aftermarket junk. Sadly this is more typical than not.

they sent me another one... kinda don't want to put them on now but if they are crap, I'll take them off and put my factory mirrors back on, no big deal. I didn't expect them to be perfect as they aren't oem

Thats great they sent you a new one. I have ordered from them before seem to be a good company. But they don't make the mirrors. If they are the tow mirrors hopefully they don't shake or vibrate on you. I had a good friend that got some. He ended up taking them back because they vibrated so much on the highway it was hard to see out of.

If they are tow mirrors you want you can get a pair of factory ford oem ones for about $550 bucks. I had a bird take out one of mine this winter. Do a search for posts or threads started by me, you should find my thread there with the part numbers and all that good stuff.

yeah they are tow mirrors, but I wasn't going to spend 500 plus dollars on mirrors, not worth it for me, I paid 160 I think for these, and if they are crap I'll put my old ones back on and live with them, reason I like the tow mirrors is my old 05 superduty had them and I loved the visibility
