This is what I paid here in Northern California. Funny though, as popular as this mod is, I have the only truck I've seen in California with it. And I live in a town with a volume Ford dealer, every other vehicle on the road seems like it's a 2009+ F-150 too.

Was at the dealer this week, that I bought my grille piece from over a month ago, and asked the parts guy if he sold any more. He said I was the only one so far, but asked if he could see what it looked like on my truck.

I'm so surprised that a lot of you are getting these things with broken tabs and such. Ordered from my dealer, and it arrived in perfect shape, everything in tact. I was nervous of damage when the parts guy brought it out, as it was packaged in a plastic bag.

Seems like you have better odds of getting a non- broken unit if you go through the dealer.

I went yesterday after work to go pickup mine and only saw one ecoboost with it out of the 10 they had? IDK if they were '14 models or not? the parts guy that I was picking it up from said he's only sold one to a saleman last month. no one since. we have 3 BIG Ford dealerships within a 15mile radius, another 30 miles away. the parts guy also wanted to see it, he said "oh, it fills in that hole right?" haha.

I'm from Ontario, I buy mine from Tousley Ford. Others on this site buy from Tasca Ford. They all offer 10%+ above cost price + shipping.

I usually wait till I need multiple items when I place an order. Recently I ordered the Rear underseat cargo box and the 2014 lower grill insert and the total was something like $136.72(US) shipped.

These online dealerships really save us some hard earned cash.

I got mine and installed it today. The bag was open and packed in a over sized box. The bracket on one side was completely broken off. Seems fine without the bracket.

mine also came in an oversized box, probably the reason why the tabs break off. a simple piece of foam punctured by the tabs could avoid the problem of them breaking off because of no protection. it slides around during shipment. the lady at the counter said they're now on back order. it should be fine since the top is bolted on though I'd still want full support.

I got my replacement in today and no tabs broken. I was also able to install it in the freezing cold. took a few mins and looks great. will get some pictures tomorrow.

I may have my boost-bars.com grill for sale soon.
