Default 12v power point issues, please help

My two rear power outlets on my console and the 12v outlet to the right of the radio are not working. I have replaced fuse 38 (delayed accessory -110v power point 10a) from passenger kick panel. Also replaced fuse 33 under hood (110v ac power point 40a).

The cigarette lighter, USB port and the 12v inside the console all work fine.

How can I access behind the rear outlets and behind the dash 12v? What else am I missing??

TIA
