I have a buddy that has a 2009 F150 XLT. On the drivers side(only) at the back of the frame , behind rear wheel in between the frame and the box, is a 1 inch thick plate by bout 8 inches long with 2 bolt holes in it. his is loose and he not sure what its for any help would great...Thanks
