Default 1.5 Inch Wheel Spacer Pictures/ Feedback on FX4 Wheels

Hey guys,

I got a 2012 FX4 with the 18 inch wheels and I am wondering if anyone has put 1.5 inch wheel spacers and what it looks like with this set up and wheels.

Thanks!

I put on 1.5" wheel adapters from Fred Goeske at www.wheeladapters.com, supposed to be the best when it comes to this stuff and when safety is a concern that's where I recommend going. Definitely get the adapters vs spacers, the adapters have new bolts on them and ran me about $325 or so. Definitely filled in my flares a lot better. Here's a few before and afters.

Thank you! My adapters essentially give my Raptor wheels 4.5" backspacing.

So, search for some pics of aftermarket wheels with similar backspacing for your answer.

The front end pic of my truck gives you a decent idea of how far they stick out if you picture it with the flares off.

I also went with Fred Goeske 1.5-inch spacers with factory wheels and no flares:

Wheel adapters are a machined piece of metal that has new wheels studs mounted in it, so that the wheel still has plenty of thread to grab on to. Wheel spacers are just a metal spacer that slide over and re-use your stock studs, effectively shortening your studs.
