09 HID fog light question
So I just put 5k HIDs in my headlights and fog lights. As you can see the fogs look a different color. If I put projector fog lights in will it make them look like my headlights?

I'm guessing that's one of those cheap plug and play HID fog kits? That's why. Those kits are janky and real "hit and miss" on the color, and what you get is what you get.
If you want them to match your factory HIDs you should get the JW Speaker LED fogs. Either that or one of those cheaper plug and pay LED foglight kits will likely look better too. Too many PnP HID kits suck.

I haven't seen any plug and play projector fogs for the F150's. Only retrofits in factory housings and they are fairly expensive. Several guys are running the JW Speaker led's. The morimoto's should be out soon hopefully.

Brand, Wattage, K Temp, Bulbs, and Ballast all affect color. Not the housing.
I have owned and installed way to many different brands of cheap HIDs, they all have had one issue or another. Now all I will ever buy is TRS, never a issue and the harness is second to nobody!!

I read somewhere where somebody used those fog lights for 04-08 and they worked in a 12gen Carid.com has them for a 2009. Like I said before I purchased both sets of headlights and fog lights from the same place. Same color same wattage same ballast
