09 F-150 Sync not working
 

OKay so all of a suden my phone stopped working. when i press phone on dash nothing happens. also my usb won't charge or connect. i checked the 5amp fuse for sync but it was fine. are there any other ones i can check?

in advanced settings in the phone area of sync, turn bluetooth off, wait about a minute then turn it back on.. do this in the truck, not the phone.

I've read about members actually removing the fuse for about 5 seconds so the system can reboot itself. That seems to cure a lot of problems.

i tried the fuse thing didn't work. maybe with truck on i should try it. i can't do the bluetooth thing cause i can't get to phone settings. when i press phone nothing happens. the display doesn't change.

I was having all kinds of problems! Did the fuse thing, and it would work for a day or two, then back to the same sh!t. I disconnected the battery, and it has been working fine for about eight days now!
