I doubt they'll do anything. Honestly I just need a replacement t screw, I think it's called, not sure how or where I can find it. I'm not even looking to get it for free I don't mind paying for it. Just hate for the cover to not be secure and it flaps at cruising speeds.

I'm hopeful the vendor can step up and give us the ability to either have replacement parts or give us a location that we can order any spare parts. So far after 2 months, the cover is doing great. But it would be nice to be able to get replacement parts as needed. Keep us posted.

Here is the solution:
If you lost hardware in one year, you can contact our service to send you the hardware freely.
If you lost hardware one more year after you bought the cover, you can contact our service to order the hardware separately.


By the way, we talked with Francantonio713 about the details and our service, the lost hardware will be sent to him immediately.

Been emailing back and forth with customer service. They were able to help me out. They said they will ship out new hardware for free. I really wasn't expecting free hardware but they came through ,thanks again guys. Now I wait for the hardware.
